Use of a protective mask on arrival and departure to your Personal Cycling Camp

Why should I use a protective mask on arrival an departure to and from my Personal Cycling Camp?

Updated over 8 months ago

Our clients usually travel to their Personal Cycling Camp by plane. During a flight, however, the air circulation caused by air conditioning and the confined space is an ideal breeding ground for the spread of infectious diseases and respiratory illnesses. Especially during intensive training sessions such as your Personal Cycling Camp, a respiratory infection can significantly impair your performance.

We therefore recommend that you take appropriate hygiene measures to prevent possible respiratory diseases.

Recommended hygiene measures on arrival and departure

Protective mask during the flight

We strongly recommend wearing a protective mask during the entire flight. This measure serves to minimize the inhalation of potentially infectious particles. A well-fitting FFP2 or N95 mask offers the best protection.

Compliance with hygiene rules

In addition to wearing a protective mask, you should also ensure thorough hand hygiene. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer, especially after touching surfaces on the plane or at airports.

Special care on the way back home

After the intensive training loads during your Personal Cycling Camp, your body is usually exhausted and your immune system may be weakened. This increases your susceptibility to infections. Therefore, the same applies here: Wear a protective mask to protect yourself from pathogens and not risk the training success you have achieved.
